
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
Step 1 — Submit Your Claim
​All warranty claims must be submitted in writing by email to construction@formfunction.uk.

Please ensure your email includes the property address, client name, warranty certificate reference number, a clear description of the defect, supporting photographs and/or videos, and the date the defect was first noticed. Claims that are incomplete or lack sufficient information may be delayed or rejected.
Step 2 — Acknowledgement
Once your claim has been received, we will acknowledge it within five working days. Where necessary, we may contact you to request additional information or clarification.

Step 3 — Inspection
We reserve the right to inspect the reported defect before approving or carrying out any remedial works. Inspections are typically arranged within 10–15 working days, subject to site access and availability.

Step 4 — Assessment
Following the inspection, we will assess the claim and confirm in writing whether the issue is covered under the warranty or falls outside the scope of warranty coverage. Our decision will be communicated formally in writing.
