The open-plan layout fosters a fluid connection between the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, creating a cohesive space ideal for both family life and social gatherings. Large windows and glass doors flood the interiors with natural light, enhancing the home’s sense of openness and harmony with its surroundings. From the plush, modern living area to the thoughtfully designed bathrooms and bedrooms, each element balances style and functionality. The result is a home that not only meets the demands of modern living but also elevates it, with refined touches and a serene atmosphere that invites relaxation and inspires daily life.
Lakeside Retreat
The project showcases a harmonious blend of indoor-outdoor living, natural materials, and functional spaces designed for a comfortable and inviting home environment. With large glass doors and windows throughout, the residence embraces abundant natural light, creating a seamless connection to the surrounding greenery. Each area, from the relaxed dining space with views to the outdoors to the multifunctional workspace and cosy living room with its double-height windows, demonstrates a thoughtful approach to modern living. The design combines minimalist aesthetics with rustic elements, featuring natural wood, stone accents, and eclectic furnishings that enhance both warmth and character. This residence perfectly balances style, functionality, and a deep sense of connection to nature.
Bahwan Villa (Dubai)
Bahwan Villa was conceived as a refined residential retreat for a Dubai-based family seeking a sophisticated home that could seamlessly accommodate both private living and professional engagements during their periods of residence in the city. The brief called for an environment that balanced the comfort and warmth of a luxury home with the functionality and elegance required for hosting business meetings, entertaining guests, and supporting a dynamic lifestyle.
Our design approach focused on creating a series of interconnected yet distinct spaces, allowing formal and informal activities to coexist harmoniously. Generous reception areas, elegant dining spaces, and carefully curated lounges were designed to offer flexibility for both family life and professional gatherings. A restrained palette of premium materials, bespoke furnishings, natural stone finishes, and carefully integrated lighting was selected to establish a timeless and sophisticated atmosphere throughout the villa.
Particular attention was given to spatial flow, privacy, and visual continuity, ensuring that each room maintains its own character while contributing to a cohesive overall experience. The result is a residence that reflects contemporary luxury while responding to the practical needs of its owners, providing a welcoming and prestigious setting for both everyday living and formal hospitality.
